update README to represent current state

* add information about v0.4.0 hotfix + imgur album link
 * replace channel server information with current libera.chat
 * re-arrange timeline for historic links to be reverst (newest first)

## alya v0.4.0 Hotfix Anleitung
Ein Fehler im Layout der v0.4.0 benötigt eine Verschiebung von drei Pins.
Ein bebilderte Darstellung dazu is in der Imgur Gallerie zu finden:

Es müssen drei Pins für Controller verschoben werden.
Am einfachsten kan dass durch entfernen der Originalpins am BluePill Controller
und Verbinden der Pins alt->neu am PinHeader erfolgen.
Verschoben werden müssen:
* A11 -> A8
* A12 -> A9
* A15 -> A10
